Shaena concentrates her practice on all aspects of United States business immigration law. She provides and oversees the provision of immigration services to corporate clients with respect to all types of U.S. non-immigrant, permanent residency and naturalization matters. Shaena also has counselled clients involved in corporate I-9 audits and other government-issued audits, partnering with outside counsel and human resources to develop, implement, and maintain successful, compliant U.S. immigration programs to meet business needs. She has advised Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurial start-up companies, individuals, and small to mid-size privately owned companies.


Shaena has been a speaker at immigration seminars and has assisted in publishing material on I-9 compliance. She has provided immigration counsel to corporate clients in various industries, including accounting, consulting, engineering, fashion, communications, information technology, global specialty chemicals, and materials manufacturing and professional services sectors. In addition, Shaena has provided pro bono services representing children who may qualify for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Shaena worked with these children from case initiation through their hearings in Dependency Court and Immigration Court, with the ultimate goal of obtaining their U.S. Permanent Residency.
