Charlene is a Senior Manager with over a decade of experience, including six years leading high volume immigration programs.  In her current role as Client Relations Lead, Charlene is responsible for providing strategic direction to clients on US immigration matters in addition to helping clients manage their compliance and risk through effective program governance and process enhancements. Prior to joining Garson LLP, for the past two years, Charlene served as US Immigration Practice Leader at KPMG Law LLP.  


In addition to assisting businesses in managing their immigration programs, Charlene also represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Customs and Border Protection, Department of Labor and the Department of State. Her clients include senior executives, individuals, families, private companies, public institutions and large multinational organizations.
