Kristine is a Lawyer/Immigration Manager at Guberman Garson LLP. She practices exclusively in the area of Canadian citizenship and immigration law. Kristine has extensive experience representing clients who wish to immigrate to Canada under provincial nominee programs and the Canada Experience Class. Her main focus is assisting large corporate clients obtain Work Permits and permanent residency for their employees. She has also assisted clients in all aspects of Canadian immigration law, including: family class applications and appeals; Federal Skilled Worker applications; work, student, and visitor visas; humanitarian and compassionate applications; admissibility and enforcement matters, including appeals; and Federal Court litigation.
Kristine is also able to assist clients in French and Tagalog.
In 2008, Kristine represented Osgoode Hall Law School, along with two other team mates, at the seventh Annual International Law School Mediation Tournament in Chicago, IL, where she was awarded third prize for Outstanding Attorney-Client team, and first prize for International Team.
Kristine has embarked on many leadership and volunteer experiences with several organizations, including participating as a negotiation intern for Osgoode Hall's Lawyer as Negotiator course. Kristine has worked as a student caseworker in the Immigration Division at Parkdale Community Legal Services.
