PROFILE

 

Daniel is a Lawyer at Guberman Garson LLP. He gained experience in Australian immigration law before practicing exclusively in the area of Canadian immigration law. Daniel advises his clients on all matters relating to Canadian immigration law and immigration issues. He has extensive experience in providing international and domestic immigration services to Canadian and foreign based multinational companies. He also assist clients in making applications for permanent residence in Canada under Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, and Family Class.

 

Previously, Daniel worked as a human resources professional at two multinational corporations prior to attending law school. Therefore, when representing corporate clients Daniel fully understand the human resources needs and timelines of his clients. Moreover, Daniel takes pride in delivering professional and timely immigration services with innovative strategies to address the frequent changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures; and to meet his client’s immigration objectives. 

 

Daniel is also able to assist clients in Mandarin (Chinese) and Cantonese. Further, Daniel is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association in British Columbia and has been an executive of the Immigration Law Section since 2014.
