He has successfully represented corporations and their employees in their applications before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Labor and Department of State. His clients range from small start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations across all industries, including financial services, energy and resources, information technology, engineering and manufacturing.

Ron has assisted companies with their applications for PERM labor certification, including audits, supervised recruitment, requests for reconsideration and appeals with the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA).  He applies his depth of PERM expertise to help clients develop and implement PERM programs, leading to improved program integrity and cost savings.   These improvements are beneficial to clients who are both new to PERM, as well as those who already have longstanding PERM programs.  He has also successfully advised clients on a wide range of non-immigrant and permanent residence applications, including complex adjustment of status issues with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Blanket L and Treaty Investor visa applications at numerous U.S. Consulates around the globe.
