Ramy is an immigration lawyer practicing Canadian and Quebec Immigration law. His work includes business immigration and permanent residence matters. Ramy assists corporate clients of all sizes in obtaining work permits and permanent residence for their employees, be it through federal or Quebec streams. Ramy is also able to advise clients who are criminally inadmissible to the country and require entry through Temporary Resident Permit or Rehabilitation applications.
Prior to joining Guberman Garson LLP, Ramy worked at a boutique Canadian immigration law firm, and articled for a recognized Quebec firm in family law litigation. In 2013, Ramy was awarded the Bereskin & Parr Prize at the Université de Montréal, awarded annually to the student with the highest standing in intellectual property law.
Ramy is fluent in both English and French, and speaks Arabic.
