Morwenna has over 10 years of professional experience at firms devoted to US immigration law practice prior to law school, where she had extensive exposure to various processes, including employment-based cases, as well as family-based sponsorship and naturalization. More specifically, Morwenna has several years of experience managing PERM, I-140, I-485, AC21 green card port cases, and other permanent residence-related processes. She also has managed high-volume processing of H, L, E, TN visas, as well as advising clients on the numerous issues related to visa status and compliance matters. Currently, she primarily focuses on preparing robust responses to USCIS Requests for Evidence – an evolving field which requires the utmost attention to government trends and case details. She is constantly reviewing and analyzing the latest developments in immigration, labor, and compliance rules, policies, and mandates. Morwenna prides herself on building excellent client relationships and producing exceptional work products.
Morwenna graduated from CUNY School of Law in Queens, NY in 2014. She is admitted to practice and in good standing in New York State, and is a Certified Foreign Legal Consultant in Ontario, Canada. Morwenna also holds a Master's degree in Legal Studies from Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada), and a Bachelor's degree from the New School for Social Research (New York, NY).
