Joshua is a lawyer at Guberman Garson LLP who practises exclusively in the area of Canadian Immigration Law. He advises his clients on all matters relating to Canadian immigration and citizenship law issues. His clients include multi-national and local corporations as well as individuals.


Joshua advises clients with respect to obtaining Labour Market Impact Assessments, Work Permits, Study Permits, and a range of Permanent Residence applications under the Express Entry system and Provincial Nomination Programs. He also assists clients with Canadian citizenship applications as well as obtaining Proof of Citizenship. Joshua provides advice and assistance with respect to Criminal Inadmissibility, preparing and filing Temporary Resident Permit and Criminal Rehabilitation applications.
