Jessica has specialized in U.S. immigration and nationality law over the past decade, gaining extensive experience in assisting individual clients secure employment- and family-based visas and advising corporate clients on strategies for building efficiencies in their immigration programs while balancing business needs. Her practice is currently focused on non-immigrant visas, particularly H-1Bs, for high-volume multi-national corporations.


Previously, Jessica practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Los Angeles Area, and Washington DC during which time she developed expertise in a variety of visa options for the tech, entertainment, and healthcare industries. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has served on a number of its national committees, including the Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee and the Healthcare Professionals/Physicians Committee. In 2016, she was nominated by her peers for inclusion in Who's Who Legal:  Corporate Immigration as one of "the world's leading practitioners."
