Andrea is an immigration lawyer with Guberman Garson LLP and practices exclusively in the area of Canadian business immigration law. She advises both individual and corporate clients on all matters relating to temporary and permanent residence applications to Canada and has experience dealing with Canadian immigration authorities abroad and within Canada. Additionally, Andrea is licensed to practice law in Quebec and advises clients on immigration matters pertaining to Quebec Selection Certificates (CSQ) and Quebec Acceptation Certificates (CAQ) applications presented to the Ministère d'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion. She is able to assist clients in French.
Prior to joining Guberman Garson Segal LLP, Andrea worked at a global corporate immigration services firm where she represented clients from various industries including, accounting, engineering, retail and manufacturing. She provided advice and strategies on the transfer and relocation of client employees to Canada.
Andrea has argued cases before all three divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada on appeals and motions.
